I always knew I had seen the skit Ad-Rock was in on SNL on the net, but could never find it again on YT.  Finally uncovered it again on Vimeo, couresty of uber-fans MsPacman723 and Prokys1982.

Ad-Rock was really good working live.  You can tell he wasn’t using the cuecards, and had a whole lil’ character built up for Bobby.  And who doesn’t love the line: “Sorry I planted my seed and then I took off…that was not cool.”

Also includes performances of “3 MCs and 1 DJ” and “Sabotage,” plus goodbyes.  Is that Money Mark palying keyboards?  Doesn’t look like him… (BTW-how much did the SNL people must not like J-Love as host?  Not a soul except for Mix Master Mike comes up to hug her or say goodbye…)

I still can’t believe I missed this when it aired! I watched practically every episode of SNL in the 90s. Also I think his hoodie is the second coolest I’ve ever seen next to Mike’s
